Tra le rocce, Sauvignon 2021

"Tra le rocce" means "between the rocks" and could not be more representative of this wine. The vineyard grows in the middle of a steep and very rocky terrain, which can only be reached with a good vehicle. The bedrock of Bolzano quartz porphyry gives the wine its uniqueness. The vinification (must and mash fermentation) without major intervention gives the wine a pleasant, mild aroma. Smell or taste of industrially produced and added yeasts? None!
