Tra le rocce, Sauvignon 2021

"Tra le rocce" means "between the rocks" and couldn't be more fitting for this wine. The vineyard grows amidst steep and very rocky terrain, accessible only by good vehicle. The bedrock of Bolzano quartz porphyry lends the wine its uniqueness. The vinification (must and mash fermentation) without major intervention gives the wine a pleasant, mild aroma. Any smell or taste of industrially produced and added yeast? None!
