Princess, Goldmuskateller 2020

Don't worry, this isn't a classic, sweet, mellow Goldmuskateller, but rather my interpretation of the grape variety with plenty of power!

Part was pressed directly for a fresh and fruity component.
The other part of the grapes was fermented on the skins for 15 days, for a complex character with fine tannins.
The typicality of the grape variety remains recognizable, but is combined with a special freshness and complexity.

L202, environmentally friendly in a lightweight glass bottle (only 400g) and without a plastic capsule.
