Princess, Goldmuskateller 2020

Don't worry, this is not a classic, sweet, lovely Goldmuskateller, but my interpretation of the grape variety with a lot of power!

A part was pressed directly, for a fresh and fruity component.
The other part of the grapes was fermented on the skins for 15 days for a complex character with fine tannins.
The typicality of the grape variety remains recognizable, but it is combined with a special freshness and complexity.
