WB "R" XIII, Pinot Blanc 2020

A very fine drop. A selection of ripe Pinot Blanc grapes was gently pressed and, after a short period of sedimentation, poured directly into the barrique barrels (oak wood, from the cooper Mittelberger from Bozen, premium quality). The must was already fermented in wooden barrels and then left on the full yeast in the barrique barrels for another 5 months and stirred weekly. Through the so-called yeast bâtonnage, the wine remained in constant contact with the yeast and benefited from the long aging in wooden barrels. A multifaceted wine.
